1. Go to Senor Driver Support
2. Select POS printer – TP-100 – Operating System
3. Download the Virtual COM Driver pack and save it to a location you can find later
4. Run the TP-100 Config Tool
5. Select Port Driver
6. Select Download Tab
7. Browse to FW location
8. Click Update
9. Install Prolific Driver
