1. Go to Senor Driver Support
2. Select POS printer – TP-290 – Operating System
3. Download the driver to a location you can find later
4. Go to Start – Device Manger – Devices and Printers – Add Printer – Local Printer
5. COM PORT (USB to Serial COM#)
6. Have Disk – Browse to driver location – Click System Information file – Select COM#
7. Installation will begin
