Serial Number

Located near the I/O ports on the rear side of the unit printed on a white sticker.

Underneath the back plate of the unit, there are two tabs on the sides push one in and the other will push out.

The plate then slides down slightly and comes off the unit.

With base/Dual:

Without base: There is a silver sticker located at the bottom rear of the unit usually on the right hand side.

WP base: The serial number of the unit and printer are both located on the bottom of the base, usually on the base plate or the bottom on the printer.

Underneath the cable management cover on the rear side of the unit printed on a white sticker.

Located at the bottom rear of the base.

Located at the rear near the camera. Also under the cable management cover.

Located near the I/O ports on the rear side of the unit printed on a white sticker.

Located on the side of the unit.

Located on the bottom of the base.

All printers will have the number located at the bottom of the unit.

All cashdrawers will have the number located at the bottom of the unit.
