Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) Policy

Products purchased through Senor Tech and under warranty may be returned for replacement following these steps:

  • 1. Fill in the Return Merchandise Authority form in its entirety and submit online
  • 2. Once an RMA Number is supplied, the Authorized item must be returned with the RMA No. clearly marked, refer to full shipping instructions at bottom of page
  • 3. Once the RMA item is received, our Service Dept. will initiate contact
  • 4. The Standard Quote Rejection fee for a chargeable RMA is $100ex. per POS System; $50ex per Printer, Cash Drawer or Scanner
  • 5. The Standard No Fault Found fee is $100ex. per POS System; $50ex per Printer, Cash Drawer or Scanner
  • 6. Senor Packaging fee may applies if improper packaging is used due to freight insurance requirements
  • 7. Freight fee may be applicable, refer to Freight Responsibilities Table at bottom of page
  • 8. By submiting this form you agree to the Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • Note: Please contact your reseller first before lodging an RMA request
  • *Shipments received by Senor Tech without an RMA number will be refused

Shipping Instructions

  • 1. You must use the original Senor carton and foams to package your RMA for transportation safety
  • 2. Be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the box with this number
  • 3. Print the Consignment Note emailed to you and label this outside of the box
